Company & Factory
Our head office is located in the CBD area of Guangzhou, China, near the Canton Fair exhibition halls. Our factory is in Dongguan City.
We have more than 1,000 employees, with 400+ in our Guangzhou head office and 600+ in our 100% owned factories. Our current factory covers 18,000㎡ with 12 assembly lines and 2 acoustic laboratories. By 2025, a new HAVIT industrial zone of 40,000㎡ will be established in Guangzhou.
Our main production is in China for best supply chain integration. We also have a verified headphone production base in Vietnam and a branch in Mexico since 2024.
Product & Customization
Our product lines include audio & music stereo, PC & gaming products, mobile accessories, smart life products, and small home appliances.
For HAVIT brand ready goods: 100pcs per color. For OEM orders: usually 3,000pcs for mass production. Both OEM and ODM are warmly welcomed.
Yes, all private molds are patented.
We release at least 10 new private models per season.
Certification & Quality
Our products are certified by CE, ROHS, FCC, ISO, REACH, Telec, SRRC, QI, RF, RCS, and more as required.
We use strict quality standards (AQL 4.0) for both HAVIT brand and OEM/ODM services.
Yes, we have over 100 staff in our R&D department working on product innovation.
Our group operates under ISO9001, ISO9002, BSCI, AEO, SEDEX, and RCS certifications.
Orders, Payment & Delivery
Yes, samples are available for quality check. Sample fee is generally 2x product price and refundable against mass order.
Samples are regularly shipped within 15 days.
Monthly production: 150,000 headsets, 150,000 speakers, 150,000 smartwatches.
OEM service: 35-45 working days. HAVIT brand in-stock: 7 working days after order confirmation.
We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, MoneyGram, Online Bank Payment, VISA, Escrow, etc.
By air/truck: 30% deposit + 70% pre-shipment; By sea: 30% deposit + 70% against Bill of Lading or per contract.
No, payment must be made to HAVIT company account only.
FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou), CNF (any destination port), EXW (for LCL orders). Domestic trade requires 13% VAT.
FOB prices include customs clearance for full containers. For LCL, EXW + customs with our documents. If clearance cost >2% of value, the excess is shared by the customer.

One-year warranty for all products. Free replacement for any quality issues.
Yes, we provide after-sales support for all our products and partners.
