Warranty Policy

HAVIT is committed to supporting our global business partners and distributors with reliable after-sales protection. This Warranty Policy describes the coverage, duration, and procedures for warranty service, primarily for authorized distributors, agents, and wholesale partners.

Eligibility & Coverage
  • This warranty applies exclusively to HAVIT’s authorized business partners (including distributors, agents, and wholesalers) who purchase products directly from HAVIT or through official channels.
  • Warranty Period: One-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified in your partnership agreement.
  • Covered: Manufacturing defects under normal use and service, as described in product documentation.
  • Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper storage or handling, natural disasters, daily wear and tear, or operation not in accordance with user instructions.
  • OEM/ODM Projects: Warranty terms will follow the individual agreement signed for each project.

HAVITSMART is a B2B platform serving business partnerships, wholesale distribution, and strategic partners. If you purchased HAVIT products from retailers, e-commerce platforms, or local distributors, please contact your original purchase channel for warranty and after-sales support.
HAVIT does not provide direct warranty or after-sales service to individual consumers.

How to Claim Warranty (For Partners Only)
  • Step 1: Contact your HAVIT sales representative with the following details: product name/model, serial or batch number, invoice copy, and description of the issue.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your case and provide instructions for return, replacement, or repair as applicable.
  • Step 3: Warranty service will be processed according to the agreement and our standard procedures.

Q: I am an individual customer. How do I get warranty or after-sales service?
A: Please contact your original retailer, e-commerce platform, or local distributor. HAVIT does not provide direct support to individual consumers.

Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: For business partners, the standard warranty period is one year from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Q: What is covered under the warranty?
A: Only manufacturing defects. Damage from improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Q: I purchased from an online store. Can I get support from HAVIT directly?
A: Not suggested, please contact the store or platform where you purchased your product.
