1. Initial Setup: APP Download & Device Charging
1.1 Download APP via QR Code
Scan the printed QR code on the manual to download and install the supporting mobile App.
1.2 Charging & First-Time Activation
Charge your smart watch to activate it before your first use.
Connect the included charging cable to a power adapter or the USB port of your computer for charging.
2. Bluetooth Pairing Operation Steps
Follow these 4 steps to complete device pairing after installing the App:
- Open the App and complete your personal profile setup
- Navigate to the [Device] tab, tap Add a [Device]
- Select your M9056 watch from the scanned device list
- Confirm to finish pairing
Tip: Check MAC address via watch path:Setting > About, the MAC code helps you quickly locate your watch in the Bluetooth scanning list.
3. Touch Screen Gesture Guide
Swipe up/down/left/right to switch between different watch pages:
- Messages Page: Swipe up
- Control Center: Swipe Down
- Smart Stacking: Swipe right
- Activity Center: Swipe left
4. Complete Smart Watch Functional Introduction
4.1 Phone Call Function
Once paired with your smartphone via Bluetooth:
- Make & answer phone calls directly from the watch, check call history on watch side
- Keep stable Bluetooth connection between watch and phone during calling function usage
4.2 Voice Assistant
Under Bluetooth connected status, tap the watch shortcut to wake up your phone’s built-in voice assistant.
4.3 Sleep Tracking
Wear the watch overnight during sleep, it automatically records sleep duration & sleep quality; all data syncs to both watch screen and matched App.
Note: All daily sleep statistics reset to zero at 8:00 PM every day.
4.4 Heart Rate Monitoring
The watch supports all-day continuous heart rate recording; tap the heart rate page manually to start instant heart rate measurement.
4.5 Weather Sync
The weather page displays real-time and tomorrow’s weather forecast.
Weather data syncs from mobile App after Bluetooth connection; data won’t auto-update if Bluetooth disconnects for a long period.
4.6 Message Notification Reminder
Auto sync incoming social app notifications: Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and more.
The watch saves up to the latest 5 notification messages.
Setting Tip: You can turn notification sync ON/OFF in the matched mobile App.
4.7 Remote Phone Camera Shutter
After Bluetooth pairing, control your smartphone camera remotely to take photos via the watch.
4.8 Remote Music Controller
Control your mobile phone’s music player (play/pause/switch songs) directly on the watch after successful connection.
4.9 Other Basic System Features
Built-in extra tools: Stopwatch, Alarm clock, Countdown Timer, Screen Brightness adjustment, Mute switch, Theater Mode, Factory Reset, Power Off & Device Information.
Stopwatch: Tap start button to begin timing; tap stop button to pause recording.
Alarms: Set alarm time on the mobile App, the watch vibrates on schedule for reminder.
Period Tracking (Female Menstrual Care): Input menstrual cycle data on App, the watch reminds you of menstruation date, ovulation peak day & cycle prediction.
4.10 Sports & Workout Tracking
Daily Sports: Auto count real-time step count on watch display; daily movement data clears at midnight.
Multi-Sport Exercise: Tap Exercise icon to start workout recording, 12 sports modes optional; your latest workout record stays on the Exercise page.
5. Device Usage Notes & Specifications
5.1 Waterproof Instruction (Wet Conditions)
The watch features daily splash & rain resistance, fit for sweaty daily workout.
❌ Do NOT swim or take a shower while wearing the watch: Long-time water immersion damages the device; always fully dry the watch band and case once it gets wet before wearing again.
5.2 Quick View (Raise-to-Wake Screen)
Turn your wrist toward your face, the watch lights up automatically to check time or incoming messages without tapping the screen; the screen stays on for several seconds.
5.3 Working Environment Temperature
- Operating Temp: 14℉ ~ 122℉ (-10℃ ~ 50℃)
- Non-operating Storage Temp: -4℉ ~ 140℉ (-20℃ ~ 60℃)
5.4 Band Size
The watch strap fits wrist circumference between 5.1 inches ~7.7 inches.
5.5 Waste Disposal & Recycling Rules
This smart watch belongs to electronic waste, do NOT discard it with regular household garbage.
Deliver the watch and its accessories to your local official electronic waste collection facility for standard recycling.
